No! In fact, people without prior sales experience often do really well because we don't need to break any of their old habits. Whether you've got years of experience, or are just looking for a change, this role can work for you!
How quickly could I move into a Closer role?
Our two most recent promotions to Closers were with the team as Setters for about 4 months
What does the day-to-day work look like?
We start each day with a one hour team meeting. From there, you're dialing phones until you hit your KPIs. You'll also be hopping on with other team members each day to practice mock calls, get additional training, etc.
What's the team culture?

Will I have help / guidance / coaching?
Absolutely. You'll have a team lead that meets with you 1-1 each week, as well as 60 minute team meetings and a whole host of other coaching opportunities.
